Blind style

Are you looking for classic clean and crisp or a softer casual look?

You can now choose from our traditional roman blinds with a straight edge or our new relaxed fully functioning blind with a curved bottom edge for a softer feel.

Both operate with the same chain mechanism and can be fitted in or outside of your window recess.

Select your lining

  • Unlined

    This lightweight option is ideal for soft and breezier window treatments, dressers curtains, relaxed blinds and cafe curtains. Tori Murphy fabrics are all reversible so this option allows you to highlight the lovely reverse side of your fabric.

  • Sateen twill (off white)

    70% Polyester, 30% Cotton.

    Sateen twill is our standard lightweight lining that gives a simple crease free finish. Benefits include room darkening. If ordering Sateen Twill with any of our cotton fabrics a certain amount of light will come through the fabric which can make the pattern less obvious.

  • Solprufe (off white)

    100% Cotton. Solprufe is a lightweight cotton lining that enables curtains to hold their shape, provide insulation and darken rooms. It improves the look, drape and flow of curtains by adding weight. Solprufe linings enhance appearance and increase resistance to fading from sunlight. Benefits include room darkening. If ordering Solprufe with any of our cotton fabrics a certain amount of light will come through the fabric which can make the pattern less obvious.

  • Thermal (off white)

    65% Polyester, 35% Cotton.

    Thermal is a lightweight but intelligent lining and is an effective way to help keep heat in your rooms and cold air out during the cooler months. Benefits include room darkening and maximum heat retention.

  • Blackout (off white)

    100% Polyester. Blackout means that no light will pass through the blackout fabric and through to the room. Blackout lining has a coating that fills any gaps in the spaces of the lining fabric yet it still remains soft and allows for beautiful pleats and folds. Benefits include light eliminating and insulating.

  • Supersoft Thermal (off white)

    52% Polyester, 48% Cotton.

    Supersoft Thermal is a slightly padded, soft and cosy lining that not only helps block out the light but also adds thermal properties for wonderful warmth, texture and drape. Benefits include room darkening, insulating and adds additional thickness.

  • Interling (off white)

    100% Polyester.

    Interlining adds a third luxurious layer of padded fabric to your curtains or blinds by using a pre-bonded fabric that is combined with our Sateen Twill lining. Interlining will enhance the look of your curtains and blinds, adding extra thickness and creating fuller padded folds and drapes. Benefits include insulating and room darkening.

  • Tori Murphy fabric

    Add additional texture, interest and curb appeal by having Tori Murphy fabric on the back of your curtains or blinds. Choose from Cotton or Wool.

Select your fabric

Measure the width

To fit your blind inside the recess:

If ordering a blind to fit inside the recess, measure the width of the recess in 3 different positions and supply the smallest width and we will make the necessary allowances for you by deducting 0.5cm.

Please note any protrusions (such as tiles and wooden rails) and take the smallest width and drop measurement.

To fit your blind outside the recess:

Simply measure where you would like the blind to sit and supply that measurement. No allowance will be made and the dimensions supplied will include head rail and brackets.
We recommend that a blind does not extend more than 10cm either side of the window and approximately 10cm above and below. If the window ledge protrudes out we suggest that the blind sits just above or on the sill once closed.

Measure for the finished drop

To fit it to the recess:

Measure the recess drop in 3 different positions. Supply the smallest drop on the order form.

On the outside of the window (i.e. blind size):

Simply measure where you would like the blind to sit and supply that measurement.

Trim

Adding trims to your curtains and blinds can really elevate them.

As standard if choosing a trim..

Roman blinds are trimmed on the bottom edge

* Trims are not available on relaxed blinds.

Chains

Please select either right hand or left hand control position for your blind and choose from chrome, brass or antique brass finish for your chain.

Installation type
